Allow patients to contact the pharmacy on MedMe

After sending out custom emails patients have the option to reply to the pharmacy via email. This can be at times difficult to track and can easily overwhelm the inbox.
Would be great if patients could reply or message the pharmacy and it appears within MedMe as its own inbox that can be managed by the pharmacy team

Would be nice to enable a feature that patients are able to reply directly to the emails we send and we receive in our inbox. This would make it easier for them.
Right now I have to say if any question email me at:____ or call at:____. Would be nice to just say respond back to this email.
Also I know this would not be for everyone so a feature to have it enabled or disabled

I would like to see this feature as well. Depending on how long it would take to implement, a nice interim feature would be to have a response automated back to the patient saying "this is a "do not reply" address and is not monitored. Please forward your original email to store@email.com". Thank you.

Sameer Remtulla: Hi Sameer, this is our current default message when patients attempt to email a "no-reply" email. Because this is through our Gmail server, it's difficult to include the pharmacy email in this error message as an interim solution. However, we're looking to having all emails sent from pharmacy emails so patients can directly respond to it to engage your pharmacy.
